Helped me achieve a calmer state of body, which helped my mind

i’ve been on and off of it for years and i’ve always been quite skeptical. but it has proven useful to me quite a few times. i really liked the 2:1 breathing exercise in Mojo for example: exhaling twice as long as inhaling produced a very immediate impact on me. surely some of it was placebo, but i do have the feeling that it might get better and better over time. what i really struggle with is consistency, as i tend to lose interest in it quite rapidly. i’d like to learn how to be consistent with meditation and integrate it as part of my everyday life

I want to mediate to calm me down and to put my brain on pause with whatever I’m going through

It would be amazing to be able to focus on the moment instead of drifting into anxiety

I have found it a peaceful and calming experience. I just need to do it more regularly.

It helps me clear my mind and relax, it makes me love the world a little bit.

I’d hope to build calmness in my mind and body to improve circulation, and develop erections.

I’m hoping I can be more present, and not stress about previous or events yet to come.

I’ve found it helpful for reaching a state of higher relaxation, but haven’t been doing it for long or made it a habit yet

It makes me feel more in tune with myself and it allows me to block out negative thoughts

I feel like I Have to be Dominant if it’s Going to Go Right. I Would Like an Element of not Performing… But it’s on Me. I Have the Looks, Height, Equipment and Aura but Still… I Want to not Worry.

I’ve become more aware of my inner critic and have learned how to identify it. I generally feel like it helps me be grounded.

I should definitely incorporate it daily if I can find the time. Clear my mind and have the control to bat away or analyse negative thoughts.

Hoping to reinforce the idea that thoughts and feelings are temporary in general. Knowing that I can disarm sudden negative thoughts & or spkes in negative emotion will help me become a lot more attuned with myself and body, slowly breaking and crumbling the cycle

I’m just really hoping it will help me realize what a great life I have that it will improve my sex life with my wife.

I am semi new to this but I do hope I can become more practiced and create a routine to bring meditation into my life
