i’m hoping to increase my mindfulness so that it benefits all areas of my life, but especially my sex life along with relieving anxiety, and helping with emotional regulation.

Hoping that as more I use to meditate, more I’ll be clear and much more focused on relaxation
To relax, enjoy myself more and finish when I’m ready
I used to meditate when I was a teenager. I did it then to help with anger issues, depression and anxiety. And it really helped.
But more recently I haven’t been meditating because of a need I felt to be productive. But meditation may have been the answer I was looking for instead of copious amounts and coffee and limited sleep - both of which almost certainly had a negative effect of my anxiety and attention.
I hope meditation can help me further reposition my inner coach as my guiding voice and quieten my inner critic. I also hope meditation can help me feel more present in social and sexual situations, instead of mentally, emotionally or physically removing myself from them as a response to my anxiety and a form of ‘self preservation’
I have used meditation a few times to relax my brain and try to take my mind off of things, I have struggled to get it to work for me.
I have used it in the past with success what I didn’t do was consistently do it on a daily basis which is the key
