Like pushing out a fart/poo
A more subtle feeling than pulling the muscle tight for a regular Kegel
The videos really helped explain it, I felt the downward “squishing” release that tied it together
Like I was about to pee
Like I’m about to go poopy
I got the feeling.
I felt the muscle movement on the in breath and then worked amplify that movement on each in breath
Reverse kegels are extra noticeable when you have your pelvic floor constantly contracted (my issue)
