For me, I had to build a lot of pressure in my abdominal cavity and visualize I was going to the bathroom.

I couldn’t understand reverse kegels to begin with but the way I worked it out was. If you’re taking a piss and you squeeze the muscle and stop peeing that’s a kegel if you push the muscle out to pee harder that’s a reverse kegel.
