Breathing from your belly is the first important step: from there the idea of pushing out a fart explains it all

Deep belly breath, but still stay relaxed and not forcing it. Can feel a sensation of expansion in the pelvic floor. I find it feels the best using the happy baby pose.

A little confusing at first but once I practiced a bit I felt the what it said. The video and visualization helped a it

Yes, understanding the fart aspect, really helped me understand the movement I was searching to replicate.

This is so good

Visualizing the “pushing” feeling on the deep inhale helped me to feel the difference because I didn’t feel quite like I was getting it at first.

It definitely felt funny at first but I started to get the hang of it and started feeling the workout

Basically like pushing out a fart.
