How would you describe the sensation of a Reverse Kegel?

Felt like trying to push a wee or poo out is a good way to think about it

Felt like “pushing” instead of “pulling”

Kegel is like gravity, all you need is a little push!

I can really feel the strain that seems to already be in that area

Just breath in fully to expand your belly (not your chest) and notice the area where your gooch is expanding

Definitely a new concept; I’ve heard of kegels but wow, you can do them in reverse? Mind blown! :slight_smile:

reminds me of pushing your pee out with more power when peeing

The anatomy diagram really helped. Still feels tight and a bit clumsy but I will keep practicing.

I felt like I was able to do it better when I took a deep belly breath. Feels like trying to push out a fart. Feels slightly satisfying but not feeling anything around my balls yet

It feels great. It’s now much easier to feel my pelvic floor muscles
