How was your breathwork session today?

My heart rate got faster doing this - isn’t it supposed to slow down?

They should adjust the audio. You get a flow going and she stops in the middle to give more direction.

Would like the count to continue all thr way through and not disappear halfway through, but feel calmer

It was a little anxious and sad about something, and this helped a little bit.

Seems to be the most effective breathe exercise so far

I definitely still have trouble focussing on breathing. But it make me feel calmer.

my mind felt so clear

Feels like a rush of oxygen into my brain. I feel light, like a feather floating on a soft, warm spring breeze

It makes my eyes a bit heavier when done at night since it relaxes you a lot more!

A little bit dizzy but it was nice. Also these deep breathing exercises seem to make my heart race a little bit, or at least make me more aware of my heartbeat. Which I can associate with anxiety. But I’m working on reframing that.

I feel a bit more calm, I think, but it’s also fair to say I was slightly distracted which likely didn’t help.
