I don’t think this one works for me. I just feel more aware of how on edge I am.

Much lighter head after that

The 2-1 breath is really easy to remember and do. I felt more relaxed after and I like having this technique in my toolbag for dealing with stress.

It does feel easier to get in the right headspace. I always love the effects of breath work
