Favourite meditation so far
I am so bad at that I really struggle. My body goes into convulsions and can’t stay still. Need practice!
I found it harder to keep focused on my breath vs my thoughts than I did during box breathing and some of the other meditations.

Great - whenever my mind wanders I feel like I’m training myself to discard those thoughts to return to focus on breathing. Which makes me feel like I can discard negative or unwanted thoughts in everyday life.
Feels like I’m in the minority, but the meditations don’t do much for me. I’m at times more relaxed due to the breathing exercises, but that’s about it.
Have a feeling this will take many years to kick in and help me to stop negative / limiting thoughts sexually which are so engrained in my psyche
