I would do it again. There are days where it feels a lot harder because of the things going on in my life. It always improves my mood, but it’s not always easy.

Harder today, feeling very on edge but completed it regardless

My exhales felt a bit forced but I was also slightly distracted by my dog moving around. Just an ok practice today
