I started nodding off half way through this meditation! Noise cancelling headphones, a private space and a comfortable spot to sit helped

Felt much calmer and I wouldn’t have thought I was stressed or highly strung going into the exercise

Engaging, felt very focused on the task at hand that I didn’t notice the time go by at all

Relaxed and centred

Still not feeling meditation. I’ve heard of this technique before, hunters use it, cause you have less oxygen in your blood, your heart slows down. I wonder if there are any science based activities cause years of meditation practice just frustrates me that I still can’t relax and my negativity spikes doing these sessions.

Somehow, I feel the same. I’ve been on this app for over two months now. It doesn’t matter what exercise I do that’s supposed to be calming and relaxing. It just doesn’t seem to make me feel more calm or relaxed. In fact, my stress and anxiety seems to rise.

Very relaxing. It helped me calm down and fall back to sleep.

I felt more relaxed but I’m not sure this would put me in flow state

I’m feeling positive and more stress free

For me, seeing a therapist, even just on zoom, helped immensely. The actual interaction with a human who can pull things out of you that you didn’t even know were there was and is super important. Mojo feels complementary to that, something I can do every day to build between therapy sessions.

Yeah, and I understand. I get the therapy can help too but unfortunately I can’t afford it. That’s why I’m here on Mojo trying to make the most of it but after more than two months going on three months now I’m not sure if this is working. also, since I’m not sexually active with Anyone, I don’t really have a way to see the results as to if I’m able to obtain an erection in the bedroom with someone.

I feel more relaxed most definitely. I still have alot of thoughts but my body and mind feel clearer
