How was 2-1 breathing?

Meditation is key. Use the breath to concentrate on easy effortless calm. It will work. It’s been working for me in and out of the bedroom

Would definitely do it again. I feel like this is something I do before sleep anyway. Might be good to try to incorporate at other points.

I’m doing this in the evening but I’m finding this like the other meditations are having an overall positive effect!

my mind keeps pulling new thoughts in, I try to push them aside, but then. New one comes. I feel like I just need more practice.

The 2-1 is not as relaxing and destressing as the box. I always start wandering with this one!

As someone who is generally very calm and chilled, I do question the marginal benefits of meditation exercises. Anyone else?

It’s to get your mind off annoying thoughts, and in turn reduce stress.

This really helps with my performance anxiety. I have noticed a huge difference.

It gave me a sense of control, sometimes when we are anxious helps having control over something helps us to feel more calm.

Have been doing short meditations for a week now. I feel calmer and more confident in myself now i am actively making my mind take a break and stop for a while.

i think i would try it again its nice to really concentrate on breathing

I’ve been doing the breathing meditations and find them creeping into my workouts. I feel like I recover faster between sets

I do feel relaxed.

Every time I do these meditation exercises I’m so relaxed, I pretty much fall asleep, and the guys voices gently wakes me.

Before I began this exercise, I was quite stressed and even a little angry. Now upon completing it, I do feel a good bit more relaxed.
