How was 2-1 breathing?

Meditation is key. Use the breath to concentrate on easy effortless calm. It will work. It’s been working for me in and out of the bedroom

Would definitely do it again. I feel like this is something I do before sleep anyway. Might be good to try to incorporate at other points.

I’m doing this in the evening but I’m finding this like the other meditations are having an overall positive effect!

my mind keeps pulling new thoughts in, I try to push them aside, but then. New one comes. I feel like I just need more practice.

The 2-1 is not as relaxing and destressing as the box. I always start wandering with this one!

As someone who is generally very calm and chilled, I do question the marginal benefits of meditation exercises. Anyone else?
