Definitely calming
It was calming. But depending on how my asthma is feeling on a particular day, focusing on my breathing can sometimes actually make me feel more stressed out.

After 4 or so minutes of the breathing, I chose 2 in 4 out (easier on me) I had a sensation of almost falling asleep, but not? And I found myself kind of seeing shapes and colors and found my eyes just watching those as I breathed normal
I can feel the difference and it starting to work but I’ll need more practice
I would do it again, it feels good, makes my lips and fingertips feel all tingly, makes me feel washed over with a calmness too
It helped me relax, at first was a little difficult to maintain the 2-1 breathing but then I get used to it.
