Very calm, and I did it in a very noisy environment.

Meditation exercises are the toughest for me, but they always help a little bit. I’m gonna try to do them daily to get more comfortable with it. Would be amazing to not have a constantly chattering brain running all day

Was so good I went to lay down and fell asleep l

Went with the 10 minute and can tell I’m not quite ready for that length yet
