Iβve always struggled to meditate. Iβm type A my mind goes a mile a minute but this was relaxing. I think focusing on the breath with counting and box breathing helps me focus on it like itβs a task if that makes sense.
Was very relaxing. Got me to sleep almost.

I feel so relaxed, almost an out of body type of experience, so calm and all tension released from my body
