How do you feel after meditation?

Very relaxing, however there were alot of background noise which bought me out of that meditation zone

Be brave the surrounding sounds as part of the fabric of the immediate environment. The degree of interaction is an empowered choice at disposal

I’ve always struggled to meditate. I’m type A my mind goes a mile a minute but this was relaxing. I think focusing on the breath with counting and box breathing helps me focus on it like it’s a task if that makes sense.

Was very relaxing. Got me to sleep almost.

Felt like I had a short nap very relaxing

I feel so relaxed, almost an out of body type of experience, so calm and all tension released from my body
