Definitely more relaxed and in the moment. Calmer.

How can you apply this task to sex? It’s a workout having intercourse so following the routine in the breath work is almost impossible and we have our eyes shut practising. I understand the cognitive side to the benefits but practically will be challenging to apply. Anything I’m missing or another view?

Focusing on the breath encourages you to be more present, maybe less in your head. Try approaching it like that.
