How did that feel?

Really cleared my mind

Felt a lot more calmer after this exercise, and I chose the 2 minute session instead of the 5 min.

I felt some mental resilience, like I won’t get pulled back into anxiety immediately.

This isn’t the first time I tried but it felt achievable and in control

I kinda like it

Felt great, I was struggling to hold my breath but got used to it after. Very relaxed now.

I felt like a sensation similar to the chills and it helped me feel relax

Body feels in stake of relaxation,
almost a little droopy

Never really done breath work but choose 5 minutes. Almost felt a bit dizzy at first and almost like a buzz but in a nice way. By the end I felt more relaxed.

First time doing it

I’ve done it before, but with this new focus, I’m excited to see where it takes me. I’d like to have a clearer mind while doing this exercise as not to feel like my thoughts are defeating the purpose

Not the first time I’ve tried breath work, but being reintroduced to breath work in the first session has already reduced anxiety
