Yes it has. My first time trying this and after the session I felt so relaxed and very at ease with my mind

It was relaxing. I noticed how my anxious thoughts take place.

I have tried box breathing before and found it helpful, great to get back into it

When done with my first box breathing session I felt very relaxed and I felt very different. I don’t know if it’s some type of hormone released but I look forward to practicing more often.

It made me yawn alot.

Calmed me down

Very chilled

I some how relate to this, I started to worry about it feel my heartbeat go faster

Made me notice how tense i am and how my heart and mind is racing

my watch said my heart rate went down from 75/76 to 66/67, definitely helped me relax
