I think there is something I need to figure out. I start the exercise and everything is ok. But in my mind, I’m trying to control my arousal and I start to get soft 5mins into the exercise. I continue masturbating and I get a bit harder but never really back to hard and I stop masturbating, I get soft again within seconds… I don’t know how to deal with this
Had to back off a couple of times as I was getting too aroused and close to the point of no return, did some breathing exercises and went back to it like 30 seconds later, was able to stay hard through out
I had trouble getting higher up on the scale. I need some stimulus to get me that aroused at this point. Did notice some things that got me higher up, though.

I found myself getting close to point of no return quickly at the beginning, but after 15-20 secs of breathing I got into a better rhythm and doubled my time
Once I was at the top end I found it hard to move back down easily
Today exercise was awkward, I lost my erection but I continued masturbation even though I was soft try to concentrate on the sensations of masturbation last 10 minutes most of the time soft, it was a point where my erection came back for a few moments but got soft again and I continued but all of the sudden I felt the point of no return even though I was soft I stopped masturbation but I couldn’t stop from ejaculating even the I was soft

Breathing is the biggest help for me. Still lots of work to do but I’m beginning to be to able to control it slightly using the breathing methods shown in some of the meditations

Went through waves of being hard and then slightly softening. Had to rely on a lot of the fantasy bank to keep myself aroused. A few moments I felt like I was about to cum so I took a few deep breaths to get myself back down
Breathing is huge. And stopping just before.
Breathing a big help, intermittently doing kegels when I felt like I was getting close, and then using my hands in other areas of my groin to stay aroused when taking a break
I moved up quickly then slowly. Stopping helped but breathing has helped in the past too.
