Feel calmer yet more aware

Awake and alert

calm relaxed, aware and in the moment

Body is buzzing a bit but I feel relaxed and in my body

More awake but also relaxed

More awake, elevated as if in a higher level of mental state

I can feel a buzzing in my body, down to my toes. My brain feels alert and I feel centered or able to focus. It quieted a lot of my mind

A bit light headed, but in a good way

More awake but felt a bit light headed doing it
