Finishing within a minute

I keep finishing within a minute. I try to distract myself but it happens everytime and it is getting frustrating. Has anyone got any tips to overcome this?

There are multiple things that you can practice. Box breathing helps you to keep calm and not to be "overexcited β€œ. Guided meditation can help you avoid negative thoughts, such as, " I cannot delay it”. Sensation focus, start-stop excercise, etc…just follow what Mojo recommend and give enough time youself. In most cases, results come after a couple of months of practicing.
