Earlier this year I had a mental health relapse, this caused me to have ED one time I hooked up with a girl. Recently I was seeing a girl and was really nervous about being intimate. This app really helped break down unrealistic expectations I had for myself, about being hard instantly, not being ashamed of losing an erection. I found learning about the biology and the science behind our stress response really valuable. It also made me be less outcome oriented and just focus on enjoying the pleasures of being intimate with a partner. The short term relationship didn’t work out but Im feeling really confident about dating again and having more intimate experiences
