So last night I put some techniques into practice. Been doing kegels for weeks now and my erections have improved a great deal, but still have the issue of blowing my load way too quickly! Any advice? Maybe it’s still in my head about my erections going soft so built up anxiety caused the climax?

It takes a good while to see benefits from Kegals, at least from what I’ve heard and researched. Don’t stress it. This problem is only temporary.

Congratulations! Try some of the breathing exercises before and make sure to cut yourself some slack. Keep up the great progress!

I realized that I’m holding my breath for a long time during performance. It affects my erection a lot. Focus on your breath and maybe you will see difference
