Does your mind feel different after a meditation for positivity?

Calmer, but a challenge today as there are a few sources of stress recently popped up in my life. Still worth the effort to practice even if the payoff isn’t immediate.

I feel lighter and noticed a uniquely positive feeling flow through my body as I did the “joy on the inhale” exercise

I need to practice this more - it is helpful and will be really great once it’s ingrained

When I think of joy and peace, it reminds me that I love my partner and I think about all the positive moments we have. It also helps remember that sex isn’t a test and used to be fun and joyful. I want to get back to that.

My first attempt. Wasn’t sure what breathing pattern I should be using, so a surprise tonne told it should be automatic (as opposed to controlled).
Conscious of my nose and abdomen in terms of the controlled breathing only this stage.

I did this after chat with ai. It helped me release some emotion, I teared up a bit. Maybe try a longer one next time

Helped me notice how my mind is rarely in a positive state.

Yes - more calm and slower to reactivity

Yeah I feel like I am capable of imagining things in a more calm manner.
