Calmer, but a challenge today as there are a few sources of stress recently popped up in my life. Still worth the effort to practice even if the payoff isn’t immediate.
I feel lighter and noticed a uniquely positive feeling flow through my body as I did the “joy on the inhale” exercise
Smiling really helped relax me and improve my mindset

When I think of joy and peace, it reminds me that I love my partner and I think about all the positive moments we have. It also helps remember that sex isn’t a test and used to be fun and joyful. I want to get back to that.
