My heart palpitations decreased and so did my heart rate. I feel some release of negative thinking and negative emotions. More joy in the mundane. More grateful for the positive things that come to mind, in the moment.

I’ve been doing this app for two months in combination with another app that is solely focused on meditation and both have helped me greatly

I had the same issue - to stay more focused I turned the volume down so the voice was less jarring and I drank coffee beforehand. If you like being in that state please disregard! Take care

It was great! It also happened to come after a very joyful, peaceful night with friends.

The app I use is called Balance! It’s a great meditation app. 10-15 minutes every morning. I’ve been going for about 2 and a half months and the effects are noticeable.

Felt good

There is so much negativity, hurt, blame, anger, and bitterness all around us in our news and politics right now. It was encouraging to focus on peace and joy. I would like to incorporate this meditation more into my life and daily practices.
