Does your mind feel different after a meditation for positivity?

Did not quite get the same relaxed feeling last time but not bad.

Weird how just saying the words in my mind put a smile on my face :smiling_face:

I found it hard to clear my mind, but I did feel calmer and more serene by the end.

I feel sooo much better. Will make a habit of doing this before bed. I’m confident I could sleep like a baby after doing this!

Yes. It should be part of everyday routine. Makes life so good and peaceful.

Makes me feel more positive for the start of my day!

Been a rough few days lately. Definitely needed the calming meditation. Much needed

Feel incredibly relaxed, may be tiredness as well. Was able to really check out

Everytime I do these meditations, I somehow match my sleep breathing rhythm. I end up resting in some state where I am not quite sleeping, but my mind is zoned out as if I am dreaming. Everytime someone begins to talk it kinda β€œwakes me” back to where I currently am.
