More relaxed
I do feel more relaxed and positive. I would not have thought it but I do. The line where Mike stated ‘even if your forcing the smile, force it’ worked! I was smiling at the end of the 15 mins. An actual smile to start the day.. amazing
I don’t know how this will help with performance Anxiety but I’ll have faith
I left the session with a subtle smile on my face.
It will all be ok and work out, times are hard but from one man to another, the sun will come up tomorrow and we will keep at it!
Definitely helps to relax and clear the mind a little bit.
That was really lovely and peaceful, a nice way to start the day.
Really good simple exercise I felt myself focusing and engaged. I will look for this to do again.
It was nice, I only did 5 minute and I was too focused on my nose making a weird breathing noise, but I want to come back to this.
It was a nice exercise. I didn’t necessarily feel joyful, but I felt peaceful. I did this after breakfast to start my day.
Felt very relaxed. I think this could help me with performance anxiety if I stick at it
This is probably my favorite one
This exercise was much needed
This was a good one.
Yes, calmer
Calmer and more relaxed
I started crying - the first thing that popped into my head when picturing joy was someone that made me so happy, who I don’t want to lose again. I wasn’t focused during this, but it revealed a lot for me
It feels calmer, more centered and intentional.
Definitely started to feel a non judgmental joy. I found rubbing my nipples heightened the relaxation
I feel more relaxed and calmer
