So i’ve been looking into diets recently to help with my ED as well as exercise and breathing.
The Keto diet looks interesting to me as it turns away from Carbs and focuses on a lot of meats, healthy fats and fruits. It’s also been said to improve sex drive after some weeks and help with ED.
Is there any diet you’ve followed that in combination of a healthly lifestyle that you’ve seen improvements with your ED?
Any foods / drinks to especially recommend?
