Hi all. I’m 27, newly married and have never managed ejaculation from penetrative sex. I have a condition called Haemochromatosis where my body accumulates excess iron, this has deposited on my pituitary gland and testes. So I am on TRT now as I was exhibiting Hypogonadism.
I also have used porn since the age of 12, in my teens on a daily one time basis. And reduced it gradually as life got busier. But I think this is a factor.
Have any of you cured yourself of this problem? And if so how?
