Beetroot and L-Citrulline

Hey guys, I’ve been doing some research and it seems there is a direct link to nitric oxide and blood flow to the penis.
Beetroot and L-Citrulline are said to help.

In case the psychology isn’t helping, hss anybody seen any success by eating more beetroot or taking supplements?

Wheee so you but your supplements from as have found cheap ones off Amazon don’t always do what they are meant to do?

What brand of supplements do you buy? I’m desperate to find something that could help

Beets are high in dietary nitrates which the body converts into nitric oxide which widens blood vessels and increases blood flow. L-citrulline is a precursor to L-arginine which is also involved in the nitric oxide cycle. Arugula is another good very high in dietary nitrates. All of these will contribute to blood flow and may help with erections. Read up on the supplements to reduce your risk of any potential side effects, and introduce the foods slowly. I discovered that I couldn’t drink beet juice for example - I’m part of a the small group for whom beet juice causes significant nausea. Good luck!
