Anyone in the same boat?

Do the exercises need to be done when it comes up as a course for the day or do they have to be done at your own initiative?

I’m quite unsure and for me it’s a lot to take in. I don’t want to feel I’m not committed enough

I have learnt so much but I don’t want to let it slide

The biggest thing is to find your routine and stay consistent. Try to get in a schedule and do them everyday. Keep practicing and you will retain more information.
