My girlfriend was away on a work trip and I just got word she’s coming back early. I recently joined this app (16 days in) and I’ve been doing the exercises. The news of her coming back early somewhat put a bit of anxiety in me due to the possibility that my erection problems might occur again. This would be the first time I would be having sex with her since joining this app and I was wondering if there are any tips on how to get rid of anxiety before sex? As well as how to put the exercises altogether to prevent anxiety? I haven’t really gotten to put what I’ve been practicing in action so any advice to how to put it all together for the real show is appreciated.

Dude I tried meditation (it should come up on the app) and that helped. Also when the self critic pops in your head, acknowledge it and talk back. You’ve got this brother
