I don’t normally post stuff like this, but I feel like sharing a win can be beneficial for anyone looking to see a routine working.
I started Mojo 69 days ago, I’ve been working on stress and anxiety along with my low labido and ED. I’ve used breathwork (mainly 4-7-8 and 4-4-4-4) with some meditation to bookend my days. Also using breathwork when I felt an anxiety attack coming on. After a couple of weeks I decided to add the following rules into my routine for 14 days:
- no porn
- no masturbation
- 1 hour of social media a day (I even unfollowed all the OF models, thirst traps, anything that wasn’t a hobby, friends and family)
This challenge lasted longer than I anticipated as working with Mojo I knew I wasn’t ready to reintroduce masturbation. 30 something days in and I had stuck to my routine and challenge (I also kept following the mojo schedule) and felt ready to reintroduce masturbation.
The first time was a bit of let down as I was expecting more, a bigger climax, larger load, but I did enjoy using new strokes, speeds, and pressures. Not just rubbing one out as quickly as possible chasing the climax. I did enjoy the build up.
After talking to the AI I decided to keep masturbation to once a week and porn once a month. On the conditions I had completed my chores/tasks for the day, felt calm and my anxiety was in control.
Another two sessions like that and I was feeling in more control, using breathwork to slow things down and enjoy the sensations. Still keeping to my routine of breathwork, meditation, 1 hour of social media and no porn.
After talking to the AI I felt ready to use porn again. We agreed that I stick to the following to prevent spiralling into old habits of endless watching and chasing the climax:
- one video no more than 30 minutes long
- stick to my turn ons
- no extreme content, maximum of two people in the video
- if I dont finish when the video ends, I don’t start it again or chase another. Instead I use my imagination to finish
- if I felt myself slipping I would stop, do a breathing exercise and speak to the AI
Well I did it, I stuck to my rules and didn’t spiral back into old habits. I felt myself getting excited and nervous at the star and throughout, but I used stop technique and breathwork to calm myself and finished when I felt ready. I didn’t chase more porn, I didn’t chase the climax and I truly felt in control.
My climax was the best I’ve had in a long time from masturbation and my load was bigger than it was in the past. Now I don’t know if the load size was due to time between sessions or the fact I’m drinking more water now.
What I’m getting at, I had a small win and it was thanks to the content and AI of Mojo. If you find what works and feels right to you, stick with it and hopefully you will see some improvement too.
