I like this but I’m curious how it would actually be practicable in a situation where you have need of it
This one is very calming. But intrigued to see how I can maintain this level of calm throughout the day

5 minutes might have been a little long but it was very calming
I agree, 5 minutes was a bit too long but calming nonetheless. Not sure how I’m going to fit that in during times of stress.

Yeah, really calming exercise. Just concerned about when I can fit this in the heat of the moment.

Went for a run before I was already relaxed
It was relaxing but the thoughts return pretty quick
Relaxing and only focused on breathing was nice
Diaphragm felt tight at the start, but after the third or fourth round I was able to do the full cycle
