I feel like I need more of an inhale, may adjust to numbers, but keep the same principle - shorter inhale, hold for longer, then exhale for even longer
To be honest it made me more aware of my heart beat and that made me less relaxed

Found holding my breathe easier than last time. I think practice helps.

It calmed my heartbeat and restlessness a bit. I am more relaxed than before. But I had to tweak the breathing pace. Could not keep up with the pace of the coach.
Relaxing and calming exercise before bed
It went well. By the end of the 5 minute session I had a good flow going. I felt calmer by the end of it.
Calming as I drive home from work , would enjoy doing it before I go to bed later tonight as well
