32 days in and still the same exercise?

Just writing this because I’m not sure if it’s normal, I’m 32 days into the programme and it’s great but I just keep getting the same things over and over? Does it eventually start to teach new methods and techniques?

It’s because you have to practice those exercises for weeks, or even for months in some cases. The old app had phases and you could have a better insight into what’s next. Here, you can just see your daily dose of exercises.
